Your First Call
When you call us or fill out a contact form on our website, a real person answers — even in the AI era. That person lives in this area and understands the people, places, and things you're talking about. They'll gather some basic information about what happened, and then, before we schedule anything, they'll actually go talk to an attorney. Me, my business partner Ken Arthofer, or one of our associates. We do that so you get good, valuable information in your hands immediately.
Meeting Face-to-Face
Once we've decided this is a case we can help you with, we'll meet with you in that old-fashioned but excellent way — face-to-face. There's body language and a level of communication you just don't get any other way. When we meet, we'll answer every question we can based on what's knowable about your case at that point. We'll walk you through the terms of representation, the risks and benefits, the next steps, and give you an overview of the entire personal injury process.
We'll do it at a pace and place that's comfortable for you. If you've been hurt and you can't travel — you're still in the hospital, laid up at home with a broken leg, in a wheelchair, or in a rehab facility — we'll come to you. If video makes more sense, we'll do that, and you'll still be meeting with an actual attorney.
